How we handle this work
For a lockout we need to know whether the keys are inside the car, in the boot, or in the ignition. We aim to open the vehicle without damage where the lock allows it.
If keys are lost completely, we can still help with access if that is possible on your vehicle, but a new key must come from a dealer or auto locksmith who supplies keys. We will say that on the phone.
Broken key extraction is done with care so the lock barrel is not damaged more than it already is. Any new key is arranged separately; we do not supply replacement car keys.
